Model view from Sketchup. I fed this into the AI and gave it a lengthy description of mood and texture, not unlike how an AD will direct an image

Model view rendered using Magnific AI. I did a bit of cleanup added some details cobwebs, textures etc... There are artifacts but the results are very close to input. I would argue with an hour or so of paintover these could be presented.

Another render from the same design done more traditionally. SU Model view, rendered in Sketchup with the new render styles and then paintover photobash etc.

This is just some work I did back when I first started learning Blender. Its loosely based on older work I did for a client that never ended up going anywhere... The brief was simply an old, abandoned mansion where someone is still living but not really maintaining it. the visual ques taken from gothic and victorian with a bit of steam punk thrown in for fun. This was pretty early with Blender as a rendering tool, and these pieces received a lot of post render paintover.

I also experimented with feeding model shots into magnific AI. gotta say its a thing to be considered, especially in a production environemnt where you need stuff quickly. I can see a real benifit, specifically in the begining. However these images were only possible because I had already spent the time designing the space. I doubt you could achieve comparable just by letting the algorythm do its thing, and it absolutely wouldnt be true to a specific design so make of that what you will...
