DraKar Flight - This started life as a large acrylic painting done during my last term at ACCD. The project was to create an automaton that represented a mythological story, In this case the story of Beowulf. You can see the automaton in my MISC section.

Starting at around the year 2000 I have done these pieces to keep my learning process moving forward. I experiment with different styles / programs / techniques / Media... Over the years I have kind of taught myself to illustrate by doing this as they are not for a client. I can afford to experiment. Side benefit is that almost without fail; when I am waiting for the next gig, I dive into something like this and I will very soon have clients calling for jobs...
